For hockey and ringuette players wanting to improve their skating skills.

CanPower Skate is geared to skaters aged approximately six or older who already have basic forward and backward skating skills (they must be able to skate the length of the rink using alternate strides) and are able to stop on command without use of the boards. Taught in group lesson format.

A Skate Canada membership fee of $43.65 and a Skate Canada New-Brunswick fee of $10 are required and non-refundable. These fees include registration with Skate Canada, Safe Sport Initiative Fee, Accident insurance and Skate Canada New-Brunswick Program Fee. This fee is only charged once per skater, per year (valid Sept. 1, 2019 to Aug. 31, 2020).

There is a 15% family discount for second and subsequent child (not applicable on Skate Canada Membership fee).
