Explanation of logo
A modern image of a skater executing a Bielmann spin. Her arm and leg reproduce the concept of the columns used in the past logo of the club. The blade is gold to represent the Gold Blades skating club. The three skates represent: woman skater in white, man skater in black and Skate Canada in red. The letter O in the words ‘Or’ and ‘Gold’ are in the gold again to enhance the name of the club and represents a competition medal. The colors remind those of the Acadians.
