PowerSkate

 

These classes are for hockey and ringette players. Skaters practice with their complet equipment and use their stick during the drills. A Skate Canada certified coach teaches the classes with the help of program assistants.

Classes are offered either on full or part of the ice surface depending on the session and number of registrations.
